2	Semi Comprehensive Maintenance of Eureka Forbes make Water Cooler with inbuilt RO system 60/80 PSS RO, having storage capacity 80 Ltr and Cooling capacity 60 LPH providing four mandatory services, one time replacement of consumable in a year like particulate filter, sediment filter, pre carbon filter, post carbon filter, antiscalant etc. excluding Membrane and repair/replacement of all electrical and electronic spare parts, replacement of compressor excluding gas charging and attending day to day complaints within 24 working hours and rectifying the defects etc. as required.- 4 Nos.-1 Job
3	Semi Comprehensive Maintenance of Eureka Forbes Hot& Cold Water Dispenser with Inbuilt RO Purifier i/c three mandatory services (cleaning & back flushing of all filters) one timereplacement of consumable in a year like particulate filter, sediment filter, pre carbon filter, post carbon filter, anti scalant etc. excluding Membrane, repair/replacement of all electrical and electronic spare parts, Compressor (except gas charging & RO Membrane), attending complaints within 24 working hours with complete overhauling and servicing etc. as required. 4	Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of Eureka Forbes make RO System of 12 LPH capacity including two mandatory services (cleaning of All Filters), repair/ replace ment of all electrical and electronic spare parts (but without consumables and membranes), attending complaints within 24 working hours with complete overhauling and servicing etc as required. (9 Nos. = 1 job)
5	Supply & Replacement of RO TFC Membrane 75 GPD Eureka Forbes make i/c testing, commissioning etc. as required old dismantle shall be retained by the contractor.
6	Supplying and Charging of Gas in the Water Coolers after pressure testing leak detection and rectifying the breakage (if any) testing and commissioning complete as reqd.
7	Supplying and Charging of Gas in the Water Dispenser after pressure testing leak detection and rectifying the breakage (if any) testing and commissioning complete as reqd.
8	Supply and replacement of 10" Particulate / Sediment Filter Eureka Forbes make i/c Leak testing, commissioning etc complete as reqd at site. Dismantle shall be retained by the contractor.
9	Supply and replacement of 20" or 2 X 10" Particulate / Sediment Filter Eureka Forbes make i/c Leak testing, commissioning etc complete as reqd at site. Dismantle shall be retained by the contractor.
10	Supply and replacement of separately installed 20" Pre Filter Eureka Forbes make spun 5 micron i/c Leak testing, commissioning etc complete as reqd at site. Dismantle shall be retained by the contractor.
11	Supply and replacement of Water Level Monitor System between water cooler and RO System etc as reqd.
