PART – A:Supply, load, transport to site, receive and unload at site, store, unpack, erection,testing & commissioning of Diesel Generator set of 500 KVA capacity (at 400 C Ambient temperature, with electronic governor as per specification. Also the c ost shall include the freight and insurance. DG to be of prime/ continuous duty application as per IS. Alternator to be provided with Class ‘H’ insulation with cable termination box for LT Cables. Alternator to be provided with local isolator indoor/ outdoor type for maintenance purpose. DG set coupling to be with double bearing type & teethed gear coupling. The cost shall also include Engine Control Panel (Type: EGCP/ Powewr Command Control) with RS 485 common port. DG setrs shall be suitable for auto synchronizing with auto load sharing and remote monitoring & control arrangement compatible with the existing electrical system.DG set with Alternator with integral Acoustic Enclosure shall include the following components and accessories complete:a) Residential type silencer b) Anti vibration Mounts as requiredc) Battery and battery charger Dynamo (24V, 160 AH minimum with leads.d) 990 Ltrs MS fuel tanks with float/ limit switch indicator for low & high fuel level. Required number of contacts to be providedfor connecting the level limit switch for indication in DG control panel. e) Fuel system consisting of connect fuel pipe with MS “C” Class pipe fittings like valves and other accessories and breather drain pipes if required need to be provided.PART - B:Supply and installation of the following size of Class “B” MS piping for exhaust system as per IS 1239 Part 1 including providing silencer/ muffler, suitable bends, expansion joints (bellows), hardware, glass wool and aluminium sheet cladding etc. complete as per technical specificationThe cost shall also include the following: i)Providing suitable flange at a reachable height for flue gas sampling as per CPCB requirement. ii)Painting of exhaust pipe with two coats of approved enamel paint. iii)Providing of 75mm thick Rockwool LBR mattress insulation of 150kg/m3 density over the exhaust pipes of the following diameter including cladding with aluminium sheet of 24 SWG and covering from outside complete as required suitable for DG exhaust pipe temp. up to 4500C etc.iv) supply, fabrication and erection of steel structures, hardwares for generator exhaust piping & painting with two coats of primer and two coats of approved enamel paint as per requirement.Note:The rate for MS exhaust pipe should be inclusive of supply & fixing of SS expansion joints (Bellows) according to size of horizontal/ vertical exhaust pipes of DG set as required.At site. (It shall not be payable)b) Measurement for MS exhaust piping will be taken excluding the length of expansion joints (SS Bellows)pipe dia on the basis of D.G set manufacturer.PART-C:AMF panelNote: All the above work includes the cost of necessary earthing.
