2	Chair Dining with PVC Seat( FD/MAP-II/05)	(a) All woodwork shall be be of 1st class teakwood of specie "Tectona Grandis" or "Sheeshoo" conforming to IS-1331:1971 free from knots and cracks shall be used with moisture content permissible as per IS:287:1973 (b) The seat shall be PVC 4mm thick visible like Godrej Pattern with 4X1 Omm thick ribs moulded alongwith seat in single piece screwed with seat frame as shown in drawing. Make AMCO/Swasthik (c) Nylon Buffers of appropriate size to bew provided to all the four legs of the chair. Joints of welded portion shall be finished smooth. (c) All MS members shall be pre-treated with epoxy polyester powder coating black colour 70 microns by 7 tank process and oven dried with the following specifications:(i) Dry film thickness more than 45 microns. (ii) Salt spray test to with stand more than 1000Hrs. (iii) Adhesion as per DIN 53152 standards. (iv) Pencil scratch hardness more than 2H. (d) 4mm thick seat & back shall be made out of PVC moulded alongwith 4x10mm ribs provided at all around the outer edge & around the grooves of size. (f) Hard PVC inner shoes shall be provided for the legs duly affixed with adhesive. (h) Rest all as per drg or as specified.
4	Table centre II tier(FD-274)	(a) The overall size of the table shall be of 900x450x400mm to Grade (b) Table Top shall be 18 mm thick pre laminated board conforming I & type Il (PLMDF-12 designation) as per 14587: 1998 (Re-affirmed 2003 duly covered with I .5mm thick edge bending tape of matching colour (c) PVC rings to be screwed of appropriate size to be provided to all the four legs of the chair. (d) All timber surfaces shall be french polished to obtain glossy finish. (e) Rest all as per drg & all as specified.
5	Locker steel(FD-1029)	(a) Overall size of Locker shall be 1100mmx760mmx600mm. 8	Charpoy hard top steel (FD/MAP-II/01)	(a) Charpoy The overall hard top size steelshall be of 1980x900x440mm. (b) The frame work shall be made of CRCA box sections as under: (i) Long Rails — 25x65mm box section of 16 guage. (ii) Short Rails — 25x65mm box section of 16 guage (iii) Legs — 32x32mm box section of 16 guage. (iv) Stiffeners for legs — 04 Nos each of 25x25mm box section of 16G thick (v) Stiffener between long rails — 02 Nos each of 25x25mm box section of 16 G thick. (vi) The bed top shall be of 12mm thick BWR grade plywood conforming to IS-303. MAKE : GREENPLY/ARCHIDPLY/CENTURYPLY/KITPLY (vii) All metal work shall be Pre-treated with epoxy polyester powder coating (Black) 70 microns by 7 tank process and Oven Dried with the following specification: (aa) Dry film thickness more than 45 microns. (ab) Salt Spray test to with stand more than 1000 hours. (ac) Adhesion as per DIN 53152 standards. (ad) Pencil scratch hardness more than 2H. (c) or as specified Rest all as per drg. O) The frame of the Bed without Plywood shall weigh 16 Kgs. No tolerance allowed.
9	Bin linen Multipurpose with Ironoing Board(FD/E6/MAP/09)	Bin Linen Multipurpose with Ironing Board (a) The overall size of the unit shall be 1200x450x750mm. (b) Top, sides, shutters and bottom shall be of 18 mm thick pre laminated board conforming to Grade Ias per 14587:1998 (Reaffirmed 2003 duly covered with I .5mm thick edge bending tape of matching colour (c) Back shall be 12mm thick commercial face plywood BWR grade ISI marked conforming to IS-303. (d) Powder quoted MS handle 02 Nos of size 100mm long to be provided to two doors ch. e) Two catch spring shall be provided to the shutters. f) 75mm high skirting shall be provided of 19mm thick teakwood g) All wooden surfaces shall be French polished to attain glossy finish. h) Rest all as per drg & all as specified.
10	Teapoy Varandah FD/E6/MAP/17	(a) The overall size of the Teapoy Varandah shall be of 750x450x540mm. (b) Table Top shall be 18 mm thick pre laminated particle board conforming to IS:12823 and ISI marked. Edges shall be provided with 4mm thick teakwood beading. (c)The main frame work for Rails, legs. stiffners & base shall be of 18mmx18mmx18gauge CRCA box section. (d) The void of base tray frame shall be filled by weld 5mm MS bars, 10 Nos in length-wise and 12 in width-wise. (e) All CRCAJMS members shall be pre-treated with epoxy polyester powder coating black colour 70 microns by 7 tank process and oven dried with the following specifications:- (i) Dry film thickness more than 45 microns. (ii) Salt spray test to with stand more than 1000Hrs. (iii) Adhesion as per DIN 53152 standards. (iv) Pencil scratch hardness more than 2H. O Rest all as per drg & all as specified.
11	Almirah Large Steel FD-1031	DIMENSION:- Overall size shall be 1985mm high,920mm wide and 485mm deep. DESCRIPTION:-The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel bases made in U shaped with ends covered . Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of the length of 920mmand shall be up to full width of 485mm and shallbe 100mm high Top, sides bottom and back of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet . Four shelves equally spaced of 1mm thick mild steel sheet shall be provided to make five compartments.Front shutter shall two leaves of equal size .Front shutter leaves shall have three butt hinges of 75mm fixed to each shutter and shall be side hung. All joints and welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship. HANDLE: One chromium plated steel handle with a locking device shall be providedas shown on drawing . LOCKING DEVICE:The locking device shall be three way locking device and shall also be provided with decorative key plate .Make of Lock-Harrison/Godrej. FINISH:-All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be paintedwith two coats of silver grey hammer paint internally and extrenally with spray machine after preparation of surfaces.A mark of MES shall also be provided on top left corner of front shutter with visible colour. Painting shall be done with spray machine.Rest all as per drg.
