| 4 | NOTE:-1.If any environment assistant, Beldar or Supervisor is found absent, the penalty @Rs.1000/- per day for each shall be imposed on agency. 2.Contractor shall follow the relevant NGT orders and if any penalty is imposed by any Govt. agency, the cost of same shall be borne by the contractor. |
