Repair to 50000 GPH x 112 meter head HC pumping unit no. 1 installed at pumping station Salmay stage-1st (old) by way of disconnecting incoming mains, decoupling pump-motor, unfastening unit from base frame suction and delivery, plugging delivery with blind flange and shifting to workshop.Dismantling and extraction of pump shaft and assembly. Repair to pump shaft by way of welding, turning and finishing to exact bearing size, providing, fabricating and fitting of shaft seleeves-2nos, shaft bushes-2nos., alongwith providing and fitting of new bearing 6311-2nos., check nuts-1no including repair to stuffing box. Assembly the pump set and shifting it to station. Simultaneously replacement of wornout bearings of 3 phase 200 HP motor of unit no. 1 at site, by way ofopening side covers, extraction of wornout bearings from the motor shaft with the help of gas cutting appliances and puller. Thereafter providing and fitting of new bearings 6319 and 6413-1 no. each, closing end covers. Subsequently shifting the pumping unit on base frame, leveling, alignment and coupling pump motor set and then testing on no load and full load at site.Complete job includes cost of material, hire charge of tools and tackles and labour charges etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.

Repair of 3 phase, 180 HP motor of unit no. 6 installed at pumping station Salmay stage-2nd (old), at site, by way of decoupling of pump motor set, unfastening motor from base frame, lifting and unloading motor with the help of tripod stand and chain block from base frame at a safer spot. Opening side covers, extraction of wornoutbearings from the motor shaft with the help of gas cutting appliances and puller. Thereafter providing and fitting of new bearings 6321 and 6316-1 no. each, closing end covers, shifting motor on base frame. Leveling, alignment and coupling with pump set and testing the system on no &full load.Complete job includes cost of material, hire charge of tools and tackles and labour charges etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
