For Crush metal, the Royalty Charges are not leviable as it is manufactured product from stone and should not be considered for deductions from bills. As per Government of Maharashtra, Revenue and Forest Departments Gazette No. 67 Dt. 15 May 2015, States that the Royalty charges of Rs. 400/- Per Brass (i.e. Rs.141.34 /cum.) are considered. (SAND) |
