Bids Are invited for Manual clean using non sparking brushes and sand paper - Heavy Scrapping and surface preparation upto SSPC SP2 or St.3.(External surface of Pipe Line as specified). Mechanical Cleaning manually shall be done by brass wire brush, emery/sand papers etc as instructed by Engineer-in-charge. Removing oil, dust, grease,mill scale and moisture and making the surface dry including all materials,consumables,labour; scaffolding; equipments etc. complete.Rate shall be paid in M2 basis of the scrapped surface excluding the cost of scaffolding , 2 Coat Surafce tolerant Epoxy@ 125 micron per coat - supply and application of 2 Coat Surafce tolerant Epoxy@ 125 micron per coat for External surface of Tank shell, Fixed roof, tank appurtenances, expansion line,Tank Staircase, Rolling Ladder, Still Well platform Sprinkler & foam pourer supports.
