23Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level POTPTFE bearing consisting of a metal piston supported by a disc or unreinforced elastomer confined within a metal cylinder, sealing rings, dust seals, PTFE surface sliding against stainless steel mating surface, complete assembly to be of cast steel/fabricated structural steel, metal and elastomer elements to be as per IRC: 83 part-I & II respectively and other parts conforming to BS: 5400, section 9.1 & 9.2 and clause 2006 of MoRTH Specifications complete as per drawing and approved Technical Specifications.
24Providing Structural steel Grade E350 (Fe490) / E410 (Fe540), All rolled section grade E 250 (Fe410) as per IS:2062,fabricating, painting, transporting, erceting and securing temporary and permanent stages of work, all temporary stays, specifications,as per approved structural drawings. Work to include all intermediate stages of activities not defined herein, but otherwise implied for the total completion of work. Cost to include but not be limited to all material including wastage, all consumables, fasteners of all types for both temporary and permanent stages of work, all temporary stays, labour, temporary works including staging, scaffolding, tools, plants and equipments and cost of all incidentals andnecessary testing of material, workmanship etc including cost of painting as per specifications.

27Provision of an Reinforced cement concrete crash barrier at the edges of the Bridge, road, approaches to bridge structures and medians constructed with M-40 grade concrete, with HYSD reinforcement conforming to IRC:21 and dowel bars 25 mm dia, 450 mm long at expansion joints filled with pre moulded asphalt filler board keyed to the structure on which it is built and installed as per design given in the enclosure to MOST circular No. RW/NH - 33022/1/94-DO III dated 24 June 1994 as per dimensions in the approved drawing and at locations directed by the Engineer, all as specified-with concrete mixture.
28Providing and laying of an elastomeric slab steel expansion joint, catering to right or skew (less than 20 deg., moderately curved with maximum horizontal movement upto 50 mm, complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer"s instructions for installation and clause 2606 of MoRTH specifications for road & bridge works.
29Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10)using Pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.
30Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30mm to 45mm thick with Continuous type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4%, laying with a Paver Finisher Mechanical to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 507 of MORT&H specifications
31Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen 85/25 or 30/40 @10.2%, fine aggregates, coarse aggregates, lime filler @ 17.92% of total mix, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surface is not less than 100 degree C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface complete as per technical clause 516 of MORT&H specifications.

Retro-reflective tape fixed on 4 mm thick Aluminium Composite material (ACM) sheet including lettering & signs as applicable background duly fixed with MS angle 25mmx25mm x 3mm size on back on edges.The lower plate 4mm will be fixed with MS flat of 50mm x 5mm. Theflat iron frame of plate fixed to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 4mm sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 600mm x 600mm x 750mm, 750mm below ground level.The top diamond plate will be fixed to lower plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel tube.All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1
