H-01: 03 in no. fixed stanchions and 05 in no. removable stanchions on port side uprooted from base plate. Following jobs to be carried out: (i)03 in no. fixed stanchions surface prepared and affixed with aluminium welding. (ii) 05 in no. stanchion shoes to be fabricated and affixed with main deck (Mat: Al; Dia: 1.5 inch; Thickness: 04 mm).(iii) 03 in no. stanchions bent, cracked and deteriorated. Same to be Renewed as per sample along with eyes. (Mat: Al; Dia: 1.25 inch; Thickness: 04 mm).

H-02:02 inch crack observed in weather deck port catwalkand various deep oxidised pitting marks (approx 4 mm) observed alongside crack (Mat: Al grade: 5083; Thickness: 5mm). Job involves following:-(i) Removal & refitment of Engine room lagging. (ii)Cropping of deck plate along with Stiffeners.(iii) Renewal of weather deck plating by IRS Certified Aluminium welder.Inway Job involves following:- Removal & refitment of Engine room laggingCracked and pitted area of weather deck plating cropped as per the nomenclatureGrinding and surface preparation of the cropped area for plate fitmentFitment of new aluminium plate (Grade 5083) in place of cropped area carried ourAluminium route welding of the fitment joint carried out from internal area of the shipBack gouging of the welded area carried out on external part of the shipFinal run of aluminium welding carried out and hose test conducted.

H-03: No. 3 fuel tank breather pipe bent and cracked in port catwalk. Inway job involves following:(i) Removal and refitting weather proof silicon sealant from breather pipe base clamp.(ii)Removal and Refitting of breather clamp.(iii) Removal and Refitting of rubber seal. (iv) Breather pipe to be removed, cropped and renewed.(Mat: SS Grade 316 l, Dia: 140 mm).

H-04: 03 in no. STBD side metallic guard rail in flag deck uprooted, cracked and deteriorated at various places. Same to be repaired, affixed and aluminium welded. Guard rail pipe Dia: 25 mm.

H-05: Port life raft lowering frame and bracket uprooted, cracked and deteriorated at various places. In way job involves following: (a)Bracket horizontal pipe to be cropped, renewed and affixed with aluminium welding. (Mat: Al; Dia: 25 mm). (b)Life raft lowering frame to be cropped, renewed and affixed by aluminium welding. (Mat: Al; Length: 02 mtrs; width: 100 mm).

H-06: 02 in no. Damage control box for securing the damage control items Onboard ship found corroded, holed and deteriorated. Same to be fabricated as per sample. (mat: GI, size: 2.5x2x2 ft)

H-07: Ship’s OBM tank’s securing arrangement and its legs deteriorated and perished at fly bridge.All legs to be cropped and damaged area to be finished. Tank securing arrangements to be fabricated and refitted under the OBM tank, to be placed on rubber pads.

H-08: Ship’s guardrail in port catwalk found deteriorated and cracked at various places (Length- 05 mtrs). Guardrail’s eyes to be made by thimble eye and crimped. Guardrails to be renewed along with 02 in no. D-shackles and bottle screw slips each.

H-09: Water jet hatch rubber beading found cracked and deteriorated due to weathering. Rubber beading to be renewed should confirm to NCD-590 specification.

L-01: Port Navigation light securing base plate corroded, Oxidized and deteriorated. Plastic body of navigation light also found cracked and deteriorated. Navigation light along with base plate (mat: al) to be renewed as per sample.

L-05: 40 In nos. Led lights with 03 each in series at existing fitting in various mess, compartments and dining hall needs to be fitted along with wiring as per sample.

L-06: 12 in nos. Tube light fittings in weather deck to be migrated by LED water tight lights.

L-07: 06 in nos. Halogen LED lights in machinery compartment (Main Engine & Water Jet) cracked and uprooted. Same to be renewed as per sample.

L-08: 01 in nos. Led tube light fittings in main Engine Room and water jet Compartment each was perished and damaged. Same to be renewed and affixed.
