| 7 | Check & tighten of entire Nut-Bol Of the D.G. Set ,And its wiring, rely, sensors arerepair & replaced as per requirement. |

| 9 | Cleaning of D.G. Set under servicing work |
| 10 | Repairing of the Fuel Injection System(F.I.P.),making the diesel available from the diesel tank to the engine And give satisfactory trail as before. |
| 11 | Change the hand operating fuel priming feed pump. |
| 12 | The excess amount of oil leakage from the connecting rod assembly used to run the F.I.P.(fuel injection system).it must be stopped and repair. |
| 13 | Dismantling the radiator and radiator intercooler ,thoroughly cleaning the whole and re-fitting as earlier. |
| 14 | Cleaning of fuel tank by the dismantling and re-fitting as earlier. |
| 15 | Complete overhauling of D.G. Set Engine.(checking repairing and replaced of nozzle piston ,piston ring ,Head ,section/Discharge valve ,connecting rod ,crank, Main Bearing etc.) |
| 16 | Check & Repair L.L.L.O.P./H.T. cooling water/ L.F. Tripping system. |
| 17 | Check & appropriate repairing of Battery charger ,Alternator ,Discharge Supply Etc. |
| 18 | Repairing accordingly to give full load trail. |
| 19 | For ensure continuous operation of the New Dairy Plant Banmore during the entire repairing period by successful tenderer,it will be mandatory to make available temporary GenSet of the same capacity as the currently installed GenSet for use in the Dairy Plant. |
