Panel for maintaining essential power supply, as and when required, on account of failure of main electrical power supply/load shedding including minor repair works, as and when required and recording reading in log book & allied accessories & keeping the entire installation on functional mode by deploying multi-tasking staff & Khallasi in various shifts on all days of the month including Sunday & Holiday, as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required. |
| 5 | Providing services for routine Maintenance & Operation of 1 No 8 passengers capacity lifts installed at Hon’ble LG residence by deploying lift operator in round the clock duty on all days of the month including Sunday & Holidays for smooth operation and routine checking to ensure proper functioning of passenger lift & providing immediate assistance during emergency situation. The lift operator should be adequately trained & experienced for providing above mentioned services, as per Terms & Conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge etc. as required. |
