Cutting in earth work in all heightsand depthsandin all kinds of soilsincluding saturated soil comprising of Pick,Jumper , blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling, wedging-out of rock where blasting is prohibited, their intermediate classification of soil, setting-out true to the required lines, grades, side slopes, trimming bottoms to levels as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site according to HP.PWD, specification of 1990 Vol-I and sorting-out useful/ un –usefulmaterials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of useful/ un-useful materials for filling in road ways camber, embankments for grades, improvement and leveling to required grade and disposing of all surplus excavated earth in acquired width of the road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportion including head load or animal transport or mechanically means alongwith its leveling, fine dressing and all labour, machineries, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidental, necessary to complete the work by mechanised means and labour if required. All useful materials such as stones , shingles, aggregates and slatesshall be sorted- out and stacked along road side, the quantity of which shall not be less then 85.93 cum., failing which recovery @ Rupees 170/cum. (One hundred seventy per cubic metre) shall be effected from the bill of the contractor.Any loss of the public/ private property during the course of execution shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall to be duly compensated by him in all respect, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation insoil in Hilly Area in all kind of soil, including cutting and trimming of side slopes and loading in truck and carrying of excavated materials disposing of excavatedearth withembankment or dumpingsite as perclause 1603.1. & 1603.2, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 includingsetting out , construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all lead dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material upto all depth, including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm dia GI wire conforming to IS;280 and IS;4826 in 100mm x 100mm mesh(woven diagonally) including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 Kg. each as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1301, including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall andreturn wall complete with good earth as per drawings & technical specification including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
