Name of Work: Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement of Materials and Bought out Components, Assembly at Shop, Testing at Manufacturer\"s Works, Inspection by TPIA (Bidder to arrange TPIA including all TPIA charges), Packing, Supply of the DUPLEX STAINLESS STEEL HEAT EXCHANGER as specified in the document, including Supply of all Mandatory Spares, Erection, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning Spares, Special tools and tackles (If applicable), all Auxiliaries, Nitrogen Purging, Pressurization and Preservation as per MR, Freight up to Site, Documentation as per the enclosed Standard Specifications, Job Specification, Data Sheets etc. and other Codes and Standards attached or referred in Material Requisition.
