    tender for Providing structural concrete repair mortar with very high resistance to hydraulic abrasion confirming EN 1504 R4 category certified mortar for application thickness of avg.15mm including cleaning of surface with high pressure water jet for removing of algae fungi, applying of epoxy bond coat before application of mortar, finishing, complete as per specification including cost of all materials , machinery, labor, scaffolding, hire charges of cranes, insurance charges, transportation with all leads and lifts. Material : High abrasion resistance (A6 classification) , Compressive strength : 85 MPa @ 28 days, Tensile Strength in Flexure : 11 MPa, Tensile Adhesion Strength : ≥ 2.0 MPa 2. Providing and laying of Anti-Washout, Non-Shrink, High Strength cementitious micro-concrete of Having Properties of Shrinkage compensation, Anti wash property, Low porosity, High bond strength, High early strength Pouring in narrow locations. (Rate INCLUDES the formwork. Measurement based on actual consumption of micro concrete) Material : Compressive Strength - 55 N/mm2 at 28 Days, Tensile Strength in Flexure- 8 N/mm2 at 28 Days.
