| 2 | Design, Fabrication, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 20 meters height High Mast shaft in mutiple sections,complete hot dip galvanised and made of S 355 grade as per BS-EN 10025, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3, including raising lowering system comprising head frame, Galvanised lantern carriage suitable to install 08Nos. 250W LED luminaries & its controlgear boxes (or equivalent such as counter weighted as per design) in symmetrical arrangement, Double drum winch, SS Wire rope 6mm dia, Trailing Copper Cable, manual handle, terminations, junction box, lightening finial, MCB, electric driven integral power tool motor, power and control cables, lightning arrestor etc., all other required accessories along with the following as per the specification given in the Tender document. |
| 3 | (a) Raising and lowering mechanism consisting of suitable double drum winch assembly, head frame assembly on top with self lubricating bearing and stainless steel shaft non-corrosive pulley & stainless steel wire ropes of minimum 6 mm dia etc. completes with internally mounted electric driven 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz operated integral power tool motor installed inside the base compartment for its operation and also for manual operation. (b) Supply, Laying and fixing of 2 runs of flexible round sheath 5 core control cables of appropriate rating from junction box to lantern carriage including wiring with suitable size of copper cable for individual wiring of all fittings including 2 Nos double dome LED Aviation obstruction lights. (c) Installation, testing and commissioning of LED Flood light luminaries as per design /site requirements including wiring of all luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 2.5 sq. mm in GI flexible conduit from Junction box of Lantern Carriage to individual light fittings, lugs, mounting accessories, counter weights if required and all labour etc. complete as required. (d) Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template. (e) SITC ofdouble dome aviation obstruction lights - 01 setper mast as per ICAO standards (f) Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth including all materials and labour, The foundation design should be withstand wind pressure of 50 m/sec along with desired fitting etc., complete as required. (g) Erection of the high mast including all accessories with the help of suitable tools and plants. (h) Supply & installation of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar (IP-55) as per relavent IS for essential and non-essential application with 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 25A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 25/35 sq. mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals, including supply, laying and connection of 16 sq.mm cable with galnds, lugs etc. complete as required. |
