Bids Are invited for Online complaint system for all GEs and AGE(I) under HQ CE (CG) Goa - Hosting and configuration of web portal for complaint management and communication features with following specifications:- 1. There should be a dedicated website for this functionality. 2. The website would provide thw access to the service provider such as MES staff and the officers/ occupants. , Android App - The Officers/Occupants would get an android APP and an IOS APP to access the complaint management. They would also have a self-service portal to access the information. They would access the system based on unique email id and /or unique mobile no , Complaint Management System - Complaint Management System - The complaint management application would have the following functionalities: , Master Data Management - Master Data Management – The application would have the master data such as the list of the quarters, their location details, GIS coordinate details etc. It would include all Coast Guard quarters, offices as well as private establishments.The application would also maintain details of the residents / occupants in these properties. The application would contain list of service provider such as MES personnel with roles and responsibilities as well as list of technicians , Occupation / Vacation Information - Occupation / Vacation Information – MES would be able to carry out occupation and vacation for the residents / occupants as per MES processes , System Configuration - System Configuration – The system configuration would include complaint groups, complaint types, service level agreements for complaint escalation, skills and organization roles for the complaint resolution, personnel mapping for skill and roles. , Complaint Registration - Complaint Registration – A resident would be able to register a new complaint either via contact to centralized help centre, self-service portal or mobile app. A Centralized help desk would be able to record the complaint in th
