(It is the responsibility of the contractor to complete all works in the scope of work, successfully, trial run and commissioning and maintain the entire work done by himfor the maintenance period of 12 months after commissioning and handing over the scheme to KWA. The defect liability period (guarantee period) is 24months from date of commissioning. The quoted amount shall be exclusive of 12 % GSTetc. for completion of all works in scope of work as per site conditions)
