Bids Are invited for Structure Members - Supply only modular living shelter relocatable (Inflatable tent) ofsize 4m x 5m, up to a height of 2.5 meters (20 Sqm.) when fully assembled.These modular tents ( In two Parts) are foldable and erected by inflating them with an air–Compressor under but not more than 10 min and can be used in any kind of terrain and at high altitudes of over 17,000 Ft. It can operate in temperatures as lowas -30 degrees C, snow load of 15 Kg/ Sqm and wind speed upto 120Km/hr. The main frame of the tent is made of air-beam frame technology where arches are made using air-beams. These arches are interconnected by horizontal Inflated air-beams to form the tent skeleton. This skeleton is draped on the outer side with rugged vinyl coated polyester fabric to form the tents outer cover. The inner side of the air-beams are draped with lightweight insulating layer. This creates an insulating air gap (air-column) between the outer and the inner layer having an air column thickness of 300 mm, (diameter of the main frame air-beams). This insulating air barrier prevents heat transfer creating a comfortable living environment inside; the interior can be heated or cooled depending on the outside temperature. The structure can be dismantled into two parts of 40 kg each for easy transportation. The front and back of the tent has zipper lockable doors which open into a connecting vestibule/ air breaker or another tent, as per design layout.
