Name of Work:NCTPS – II – (2X600 MW) – MI circle Maintenance Division – Unit II – Replacement of Insulation of Boiler pressure parts, critical pipe lines, burner, valves, oil lines, APH, pent house, Flue gas duct, and Secondary air duct during Boiler puncture and other shut down works for a period of 180 working days (or) completion of quantity whichever comes earlier from the date of handing over of the site.

Fixing of insulation:This work involves removal of damaged insulation and re fixing with new/old insulation material in Boiler pressure parts upto 60mm and 75 mmthickness, critical pipe lines, burners, valves, oil lines, ducts, APH & pent house etc. and cleaning of above surfaces gathering removed waste wool debris and other unwanted materials from the respective floor has to be gathered in one place and it should be transported for away as per the site engineer in-charge instruction and location. (Charges inclusive of cost of T&P\"s and consumables).The material will be supplied by the board (TANGEDCO) at free of cost.

Fixing of G.I sheet and arresting ofcladding sheet with M.S fin plates:This work involves fixing of G.I Sheet with old G.I Sheet over insulationafter fixing of G.I Sheet providing of M.S pin,retainer M.S plate & G.I casing support in Boiler pressure parts, critical pipe lines, burners, valves, oil lines, ducts, APH & pent house and also this work consists of gas cutting & refixing of existing M.S plates in the boiler buckstay to arrest the G.I Sheet (Charges inclusive of cost of T&P\"s & Consumables).

Charges for providing temporary scaffolding for positioning, aligning and welding of scaffolding materials & dismantling the temporary scaffolding after completion of work (Charges inclusive ofT&P\"s and consumables).
