Due to the rise in the COVID-19 pandemic situation in India, the National Health Mission ofIndia has introduced Emergency COVID Response Plan (ECRP) for combatting the COVID-19 indifferent states of India. The ?irst phase of ECRP has already been implemented. Forimplementing ECRP Phase-II, 2021-22 in Meghalaya, the Govt. of India has provided funds forthe development of prefabricated infrastructures at health institutions located in different partsof Meghalaya. This infrastructure will not only facilitate COVID-19 response but also strengthenpublic health facilities to cater to any similar future outbreaks.
