29 | Aliegning the fence in the field as per the direction of departmental officers, clearing the fence line of all weeds to a width of 1.5 m, fixing the corner posts at an approximate distance 50m in pits of size 30 cm x30cm x 45cm in hard soil consolidated by ramming gravel and jungle stone pieces and supported by support posts, fixing intermediate posts by hammering the same into hard earth to a depth of 45cm, drawing the conducting wire through PP reel insulators tied to the intermediate posts using winding wire and stretching to required strength by connecting the ends to super strain insulators tied to the corner post in 5 strands, the bottommost line at an average height of 15 cms from the ground and the other strands at approximate intervals of 20cm, 25 cm,30cm and 40cm connecting conducting wire in every strand across each corner post by means of jointing clamps, fixing wire tightner in every strand at approximate interval of 200m connecting tension spring in the topmost two conductors at approximate interval of 200m, providing flood chain set and flood control unit at river crossing points, connecting super earth kit to the earth conductor by means of lead out cable and joining clamp, fixing vertical conducting wire in the forest side of the fence supported by semicircular conducting wire loop fixed to the conducting wire strand by means of joining clamp for protecting the post from wild animals providing gate assembly at places as decided by the departmental officers by means of rope gate set fixed to corner post acting as gate posts by means of super strain insulators at the fixed end and conducting hook at the detachable end providing line connection at the gate point through lead out cable laid underground and energising the live conductors of the fence by means of the energizer fixed at suitable locations at approximate distance of 2km along the fence, connected to the live wire earth wire by means of lead out cable providing sufficient number of earth kits in the line to the earth wire, connecting to the tubular battery to the energizer through lead out cable and connecting the solar panel to the battery by means of 2 core wire through charge control unit and fixing lightning diverter in the circuit at appropriate location to protect the energizer from lightning voltage providing and fixing strands for the solar panel and metallic box for safe storage of energizer and battery testing the circuit for required current Voltage and commission |
