| 1 | Providing and laying 80mm thick cement concrete paver/slab of grade M-35 under green technology. Manufactured by PLC based automated block/paver making machine having compression and vibration both in sequence using multi cavity precision steel mould and automated curing chamber with waterless curing. The mixing of concrete must be done using a batching plant with proper measured quantities of raw material including cement and mixed in automatic planetary mixer to give uniform mixing and quality of concrete as per design mix. Manufactured in two layer. First the bottom layer must be filled. Top layer should be as per BIS Standard. The finished paver requires a rough finish on the top surface & over a layer of coarse sand 50mm thick spreading of fine sand to fill up joints after of paver and compacted with plate vibrator etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge. |
