(n)Engine protection: Low lube oil pressure, High/Low coolant temperature, Over speed, Battery Over/Under/Weak Volts,Fail to crank/start, Sensor failure. (iii)PANEL Make: JAKSON/VOLVO/CAT . Comprising of Powder coated sheet metal body of thickness 14/16 SWG capable of switching over within 15 seconds with one year warranty. (iv)Hospital grade silencer(75 dBA @ 1mtr at 75% load under free field conditions.) (v) Factory assembled DG Set comprising of above mentioned engine with genset controller alternator with PMG both mounted on a common base complete with Fuel tank, Residential Silencer, AVM Pads, battery/s with its leads, First fill of lube oil, Manual Control Panel & Acoustic Enclosure (vi)DG Canopy shall be 11 tank pre-treatment process and UV resistant powder coated. (vii)Engine metering: Oil pressure, Coolant temperature, Battery voltage, Engine speed (viii)AC Alternator protection: Over/Under voltage, Over/Under frequency, Over current, Short circuit and Loss of AC sensing. (ix) Data logging: Engine hours, Control hours, Engine starts and upto 10 recent fault codes The engine, alternator, microprocessor based generator control system are to be designed, manufactured and tested by same organisation.Service interval of minimum 500 hours/1 year
2	i) Supplying , fixing and wiring earth electrode for grounding of lifts, transformers, DG sets etc. using 40mm die 2.9mm thick 2.5 mtr long GI pipes with GI funnel with mesh and suitable size reducer fixed on the top of the earth electrode. The funnel should be enclosed in a CC chamber of 400x400x400mm with a cast iron cover. The earth electrodeshall have staggered holes of 12mm dia and the electrode should be covered 150mm all- round with alternate layers of salt and charcoal from the bottom of the CC chamber. The connection from the electrode is to be established through GI strip using GI bolts and nuts.ii) Digging of trench of 0.6m deep x 0.50 mtr wide refilling the trench with concrete slab to the required ground level and consolidating etc., complete.iii) Supply and running of 40 x 6 mm GI strips for grounding connections, using necessaryfixing materials as required iv) Supply & laying of Power cable 185sqmm x 4.0 core aluminium armoured cable. v) Supply & making of above cable end termination with copper socket.
