Complete inspection and overhauling of 210 MW LMW LP Turbine to solve LP Turbine vibrations . This works involves1. Dismantling of cross over pipes.2. Dismantling and lifting of LPT top casing and bearings pedestal covers 3 to 7.3. Checking the alignment of IP – LP, LP –Generator and decoupling of IP-LP and LP-Gen after checking CRO.4. Inspection of TG bearings 3 to 7 and corrections/ renewal if any required.5. Removal of liners and diaphragms, flow path checking and alumina blasting.6. Removal of LP rotor and alumina blasting.7. Centering of diaphragms with correction works.8. Renewal of LPT Gland seals.9. Taking all necessary reading including corrections.10. Assembling of liners, diaphragms and LP rotor, LPT outer casing.11. Final alignment, boxing up of TG bearing pedestal, oil flushing.
