Including Insulation, Ducting, Supports, Piping, Valves & Fittings, Instrumentation & Controls, Electrical ( As Per Scope Marked Up P&Id Attached ) , Refractory, Equipment / System Mounted Platform & Associated Ladders / Staircase As Per Mr. Chemicals, Lubricants & Spares ( Along With Tools & Tackles ) For First Fill, Assembly, Erection, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & For 6 ( Six ) Months Operation As Per Mr. Participation In Hazop & Sil Study & Implementation Of Report. Performance Guarantee & Workmanship Guarantee As A Single Point Responsibility Basis. Liaising With Licensor For Thermal And Mechanical Design Guarantee Of Waste Heat Boiler.Conductance Of Pg Test For The Entire Package & Submission Of Pg Test Procedure / Report. Packing & Forwarding, Transportation, From Vendors Works / Shop To Actual Site For The Complete Reaction Furnace / Mcc Package Including All Bought Outs As Per Data Sheets, P & Ids, Standards, Specifications, Instructions To Bidder Etc. Drawings And Documents As Per Attached Vendor Data Requirement For All Supplies And Services As Per Mr. Site Training To The Owners Operation &Maintenance Personnel.
