1Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.
2Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sq cm and over in section, in any position (framed work) complete all as specified and directed.
3M&L for rolled mild steel work conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A as in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc and cutting to dead ends, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/ or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providiing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gussets plates etc also for wedging, turning up and fixing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- All structural steel work shall be painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces before fabrication.
4S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mmthick of approved colour having tensile strength 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including side and end lap as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.
5S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mmthick of approved colour having tensile strength 550 MPa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, fixed with self tapping screws including side and end lap as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.
6M&L for 4mm thick designer cement fibre ceiling boardin ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions , laid over and including hot dipped galvanised iron in post grid with 24mm wide T section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white.The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33 mm thick galvanised steel sheetof size 24 x 32 x 300 mm spaced at 12 mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centres.Hangers of GI wire 4 mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level adjusters andscrews etc.The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450 mm from adjacent wall flush fittings of 1200 mm long screws Tee with (double stiching) to interlocked between main runners at 600 mm centre to centre from 1200 x 600 mm modulescross tee longer than 600 mm modules to be formed by fittings 600 mm long cross tee, tee perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45 mm thick galvanised steel of size 19 x 19 mm and 300 mm long of white colour all as per insturctions including dismantling of existing board etc complete all as specified and directed.
7Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.
8M&L for stone walling of random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and soilidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.
9M&L for stone walling of random rubble masonry (except stones, using old unserviceable stone after cleaning), uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and soilidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.
10M&L for extra over stone walling of any type of stone for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds with maximum depression on facefrom straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 20 mm and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed.
11M&L for Brick work with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
12M&L for rendering 15 mm thickon stone surface on wallin cement mortar (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and directed.
13M&L for rendering 15 mm thickon brick masonry on wallin cement mortar (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and directed.
14M&L forPreparation of newly plasteredsurfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.
15M&L for preparation of new painted steel and iron surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying twocoats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
16M&L forComplete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying a coat of wall care putty 1.5mm thick and a coat of alkali resistant primer and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed by GE.
17M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall/roof surfaces including cornices and chajjas etc and applying two coats of exterior weather coat paint of Appex ultima or equivalent make in camouflage of two and more colours pattern over and including a coat of wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineers.
18M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of wall surfacesapplying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primercomplete all as specified and directed by GE.
19M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces(including old trusses of roof of height upto 9 mtr) of any description exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
20All as per srl item No 19 above but width or girth n exc 10 cm complete all specified and directed.
21M&L for preparation of old painted wooden and wood based surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
22All as per srl item No 21 above but width or girth n exc 10 cm complete all specified and directed.
23M&L for preparation of old decorated brick/concrete plastered/un-plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices etc by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of lime white wash on walls, pillars, cornices etc complete all as specified and directed.
24All as per srl item No 23 above but on ceiling complete all specified and directed.
25M&L for preparation of old decorated brick/concrete plastered/un-plastered surfaces on walls, pillars, cornices etc by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of colour washcomplete all as specified and directed.
26M&L for preparation of old decorated brick/concrete plastered/un-plastered surfaces on walls, pillars, cornices etc by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil emulsion distempercomplete all as specified and directed.

28Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.
29M&L forRendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
30M&L forRendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
