    Bids Are invited for Oxygen Back pressure compensated flow meter - Supply installation, testing and commissioning of oxygen Back Pressure Compensated flow meter with control range of 0 – 15 lpm (calibration within + 10% ) with minimum 250 ml humidifier bottle made of unbreakable polycarbonate material and autoclavable atmore than 120 degree Centigrade temperature.The flow meter shall be strict precision, durability standard andbody shall be made of brass chrome plated materials.The flow tube and shroud components shall be made of clear, impact resistant polycarbonate.Flow Tube shall have large and expanded 0 – 5 lpm range for improved readability at low flows with Inlet filter of stainless steel wire mesh to prevent entry of foreign particles.Approved make all as directed.NRV and high pressure copper tailpipes made of high pressure copper pipe of size 3/16 inch I.D. x 3/8 inch OD. The manifold will be hydraulically tested to minimum 3500 psi and necessary test certificates accompany along with the supply. . The manifold will be so designed that it shall suit easy cylinder changing and positioning. The system will have non–return valves for easy changing of cylinders without closing the bank. Each header bar shall be with pigtail connections to suit cylinder valves as per IS:3224/ ISO standards. It will have awarranty of minimum three years , Copper Piping 15 mm OD x 1.0 mm thick - Supply ,Instllation testing and commissiong of Copper Piping 15mm OD x 1.0mm thick with complete fittings/fixtures as per technical specification and BS:13348 and as mentioned in terms and conditions. It will have awarranty of minimum three years. , 15 MM OD MEDICAL LINE VALVE orISOLATING VALVE - Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of15mm OD MEDICAL LINE VALVE orISOLATING VALVE as per CE CERTIFIED /HTM -2022/02-01/DIN/ISO/ BS EN 1057 or ball valves as per BS 1057 , rated at 400 psig, as well as full vacuum ( 29.9 Hg).
