| 1 | Providing Housekeeping services at New and Old Depot as well as Housing alloy-To maintain excellent hygiene at all time in Administrative buildings, TLF Yard, Pump House, DG room, Fire Engine room, Electrical Substation, PMCC Room, Tank farm area, Peripheral Roads and Laxmipur Housing Colony. Job includes positioning of four nos. of workmen (1 Each at Old Depot and Housing Colony and 2 at New Depot) on all calendar days for Sweeping. Dusting, Cleaning. Mopping, Removal of Cobwebs, Clearing drains in different areas as per schedules and instructions of IOCL afficer. Job shall also include dusting/mopping of tables, chairs, Computer Systems, Glass panels of Doors/Windows, Cleaning of lavatories, urinal, Wash Basins, removal/disposal of garbage, waste papers, dry leaf/grass in New and Old Depot and cleaning of common area including parking, garden, lawn, stair cases of A, B, C Blocks, cleaning of drains and removal of wastes from Laxmipur housing colony.Consumables like brooms, mops, detergents, Acid, Phenyl balls, cloth dusters etc. shall be supplied by IOCL. | 2 | Decantation of Tank Wagons (Conventional and BTPN)The job includes opening of Wagon covers/seals/master valve audco valves, connection of appropriate product hoses, dipping/sampling, positioning of trays/ empty containers to prevent spillage, empty checking, disconnection of hoses and repositioning of all TWagon fittings. Jobs shall also include transportation of new decantation hoses form stores to TW Siding and old/damaged hoses from Ti siding to scrap yard. Job shall also include housekeeping of Rly. siding area by removal of Oil Soaked cottons & gasket, broken seals, spilled oil, nuts & bolts and various types of damaged/worn wagon fittings etc., sweeping and cleaning of PCC apron at siding, removal of water & spilled oil from unloading spur & removal of oil soaked sand from unloading riser pits and spreading the fresh sand into unloading riser pits. | 4 | Providing services on all working days for attending to LIC\"s visitors, serving water/tea/refreshments to guests, message forwarding & assistance in filing and handling the documents of LIC and also positioning of drinking water at all work stations as and when required.Unskilled manpower required to be placed per day: 01 |
| 5 | Providing services on all working days for depositing DD/Cheques/DCRs and other instruments in bank/collection of documents from banks, visiting post office, other Govt. offices and sorting/receiving mails/posts and sorting and filing of SAP S&D documents like AC4/AC5/AC19/AC6/AC7/PRCN, TAT license papers, T/T crew entry passes records, bridging invoices etc. on daily basis and as directed by IOCL officer. | 6 | Manpower assistance to be given to QC, New Depot TLF and Tank Wagon officers for collection of monthly monitoring samples from all the storage tanks water tanks, water samples from OWS under supervision of QC Officer, Collection, retention and disposal of Tank Wagon retention samples from Tank wagon under supervision of Tank Wagon Officer and Collection, retention and disposal of TLF retention Samples from New Depot TLF and Old Depot TLF under supervision of TLF Officer. | 7 | Providing services by assisting Officer in Charge of TLF at Old Depot and New Depot for verification of Product flow meters including placement of portable prover vessel at bays, loading and unloading the products from prover vessel through Pumps/ PD meter/ Flow meters |
| 8 | Providing services for greasing & oiling of all product valves (3\" to 12\"), hydrant monitors, hydrant valves, product pump motor bearings, once a month by removing old grease and maintaining/ replacing nipples. |
