Balance Hydro Mechanical, Development And Other Miscellaneous Work At Kaliganga-Ii Shp ( 2X2.25 ) Mw In District-Rudraprayag.- 1 Excavation in foundation for retaining & brest walls in all types of soils and rocks including lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 2 Excavation in Hard rock (blasting prohibited) Upto 3 m depth including 1.5 m depth 3 Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations; P.C.C grade M 10. Nominal mix 1:3.6 4 Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc. (Work includes cost of formworks). R.C.C. grade M 20. 5 Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in superstructure as per drawing and technical specifications including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc. (Work includes cost of formworks). R.C.C. grade M 20. 6 Supplying, fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification 7 Supplying, fitting, and placing TMT bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications 8 Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar, in breast walls, retaining walls, parapets, scuppers, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc. 9 Random Rubble Masonary laid dry in breast wall, retaining wall, parapets,scupper etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 10 HP stone filling in back of walls including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 11 Cement plum Masonry with 40% plum & 60% 1:3:6 cement concrete including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 12 Providing and Laying of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal shaped Gabions (Zinc plus PVC coated), of size 3mX1mX1m with two diaphragms at 1m interval, having mesh opening 100mmx120 mm, mesh wire diameter 2.7mm/3.7mm, edge/selvedge wire diameter 3.4/4.4 mm and lacing wire diameter 2.2/3.2 mm. (The work includes filling boulders in the gabions). 13 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 14 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 110 mm diameter PVC Pipe 15 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 16 Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required 17 Engaged 1 Nos. Mason (Ist class) as and when required and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 18 Engaged 1 Nos. Mazdoor (skilled) as and when required and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 19 Hiring Charges for excavator backhoe loader including operational charges, repair charges, staff charges, fuel and lubricant charges and owership charges etc. complete including all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 20 Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block (M-35) Pavements having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504. 21 Supply, Fabrication & Erection of hoisting arrangement of following Intake & Under Sluice gates including canopy and platform for smooth opertaion of gates: A:- Intake Service gate (2 Nos Gate) complete 2 set with (5-8 HP) Motor or as per design requirementB:- For 2 Bulk head gate & 2 Service gate (Total 4 Nos gate) complete 4 set with (5-8 HP) Motor or as per design requirement.C:- Control Room for smooth operation of gate mechanism as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Electric motor,hoist motor, Cables etc. should confirm to relevant Indian Standard and high-speed pinions & gears are to be profile ground and should confirm to relevant Indian Standard.Control Panel:-The hoist shall have a separate control panel for mounting on column of JIB crane for easy maintenance. A junction box along with loose cable of suitable core and size for power and control, sufficient lengthof each hoist shall be supplied in loose for installation at the bay end.
