All Refractory Repair Jobs Includes Dismantling of the existing lining as per EIC / Inspection, disposal of the debris inside the refinery premises upto 2 kmlead, Surface preparation before application, welding of anchors / studs, Re-lining of the same as per the Inspection recommendations and obtaining of clearance for the samefrom Inspection stagewise/after completion of the work as applicable. Scope also includes shifting of necessary materials from CPCL stores and stacking the same near the work spot using temporary shed, return of unused material to stores in good condition. Scope also includes supplying of all types of tools & tackles, lifting arrangements like chain pulley blocks, machineries, all consumables and labor to complete the job in all respects. Cost excludes scaffolding erection and scaffolding / working platform.

Replacement of Radiant Section Floor refractory: Insulating Castable refractory upto 175 mm thickness (single / multiple layers) and Fire bricks of thickness 65 / 75 mm.

Replacement / Re-alignment of Muffle Blocks: Removal of the existing muffle block segments, salvaging of the usable segments, re-aligning using new / salvaged segments as per the drawing specifications

Replacement of Radiant Section brick/castable Lining: Renewal of brick/castable lining of radiant shell of Furnace including removal of existing lining, fixing of 3mm thick asbestos mill board / ceramic paper , 75 / 50 / 25 mm thick - single layer or 2 layers of upto 38 mm thick ceramic fibre board / castable (below shelf plate), 0.15 mm ss foil, 114 thick insulating or High alumina refractorybricks/insulating castable upto 150mm as per drawings/directions of EIC/Inspection, including welding of split pins & brick holding plates / anchors at castable locations (if required) including supply and application of 2 coats of anticorrosive paint Epiplus- 556 or equivalent.

Replacement of peep hole area : Replacement of peep hole area with vacuum formed Ceramic fibre boards / by brick lining behind tubes as per EIC / Inspection.

Replacement of Castable Refractory: Replacement of Insulating castable in Convection / end tube sheet / header boxes/ stack / duct/ breech section (in position) for thickness upto 150 mm including welding of anchors if required

Replacement of Castable Refractory in Header box covers: Replacement of Insulating castable in convection header boxes including replacement of CS chain link by welding if required (panels may be at platform level / ground level) for thickness upto 100 mm

Replacement of the Ceramic Fibre blanket lining: Ceramic fibre of thickness upto 150 mm thickincluding welding of studs / anchors asrequired in Burner housing / wind boxes / radiant shell / arch roof/ plenum chamber and securing with SS binding wire as applicable .

Filling of gaps with ceramic fibre as per EIC / Inspection

Fixing of available ceramic fibre modules in arch roof of Furnace including marking and welding of studs using stud welding gun or manually with the help of electrodes (sliding type / centre hole type) along with fixing of back up ceramic fibre blanket of 25mm thick, 0.1 mm SS foil fixing and supply and application of 2 coats of anticorrosive paint Epiplus- 556 or equivalent.

Minor refractory patch/plastering repairs in furnace radiant/ convection regions, manways, peep holes, etc. using insulating/dense castable
