| 4 | SUPPLY OF PODIUM FOR LECTURE HALLThe Lecture dais to be made out of 19 x 19 sq. mm CRCA pipe 1.2mm thick having a 3 step pedestal at base to impart elegance& rigidity to the dais. The frame to be cladded with 18 mm thick HDF pre-laminated board. The height of the podium facing the speaker is 1090mm for a total front height of 1200mm. The standing surface on top having a working area of 550mm x 430mm to be provided for addressing the audience; the 550mm front edge of this board is post formed board. One shelf is provided below the top post formed surface for any accompaniment for use of the speaker/lecture. A footrest is provided at 175mm above the base for the comfort of the user. All metal components are powder coated and oven baked after proper pre-treatment as per sketch. |
| 5 | Supply of White Writing Board Supplying wall mounting white writing board having size 1200 x 3600mm, writing top surface shall be made of steel sheet of thickness 0.3 to 0.4mm and shall have vitreous enameled coating of 0.11mm minimum thickness on top and 0.03mm minimum on the back pasted over 6 to 9mm thick MDF board with electro galvanized backing sheet. The frame shall be made of anodized extruded aluminum alloys hollow section designation 63400 as per IS1285-2002 (re-affirmed) of size 20mm x 16mm x 1.2mm along with perfect hanging system on the wall. The top of writing board shall be free from waviness and shall show no scratches when HB two three H pencils are used for writing. The surface shall show excellent erased ability when the specified writing medium is used. The gable end leg shall be provided with 70mm width made up of extruded aluminium channel having aesthetically appealing and corrosion resistance property. The table shall be clad with 18mm thick modesty panel which provide structural support for the table. It should be 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board in linear shape with appropriate PVC edge banding connected with both end. There shall be buffers provided at the base to avoid scratches on the floor. The table shall have side unit for storage purpose with an overall size 1200mm X 550mm X 760mm. The side unit shall be made up of Pre-laminated particle board of grade II of IS 12823 with top and side 36mm thick, Drawer base 9mm and other parts 18mm thick like shutter, back, facia, panel etc. It shall have 2 drawer and 2 shutter. The drawer shall be operated with SS handle and easily close & open with the assistance of roller channel. The drawer shall have central locking mechanism in which all the drawer shall be synchronized locked with one single key. A fixed pedestal shall be provided with an overall size 400mm X 450mm X 675mm. The pedestal shall be made up of Pre-laminated particle board of grade II of IS 12823. The drawer base shall be 9mm thick and other parts like side, back, facia shall be 18mm thick. It shall have 3 nos. of drawer i.e. 2 box drawer and 1 filing drawer.
