    A ) Maintenance And Updating Of Epabx Hardware System. B ) Maintenance Of Epabx System Of Output 300 Nos. And Extendable To 200 Nos. Situated At Office Complex And Standard Digital Phones Of 8Nos. C ) Maintenance Of Epabx Of Output 100 Nos. Situated At Power House. D ) Maintenance Of Systems User Data. E ) Maintenance & Updating Of System Peripherals. F ) The Service Engineer Shall Visit The Site Once In A Month For Preventive Maintenance And Shall Check The Following Parameters / Particulars, I.System Input Voltage. Ii.System Power Supply. Iii.System Earthing. Iv.Complete System Hardware. V.System Data Backup. G ) The Contractor Has To Depute Authorized Service Engineer On Monthly Basis To Checkup Backup Power Supply, Healthiness Of Batteries And Ensure Proper Earthing Etc., And The Contractor Shall Attend Service Calls / Breakdown Calls / Repair Calls Whenever Called Upon. The Contractor Shall Attend The Breakdown Calls / Repair Calls Within 48 Hours Of Intimation. H ) The Agency Shall Depute Such Number Of Personnel As The Kpcl Feels Justified And Fit To Carry Out The Required Work. Providing Special Assistance For Maintenance Of Siemens Hipath 3800 Telephone Exchange System Installed At Gerusoppa Project For A Period Of Two Years
