Bids Are invited for TT GANTRY AND TANK FARM ASSISTANCE - Providing manpower assistance under unskilled category for TT gantry operation including Gantry valve operation/Supervision of TT filling FO/LDO/Bitumen and operation of valves in Tank Farm and Pump house on regular working days. Regular working days timing 08.30 to 17.00 hrs as per advice by Company. 8 hour duty termed as one Man day , TT GANTRY AND TANK FARM ASSIST -EXTENDED HOUR - Providing manpower assistance under unskilled for TT gantry operation including Gantry valve operation/Supervision of TT filling FO/LDO/Bitumen and operation of valves in Tank Farm and Pump house on regular working days on extended hours beyond 1700 hours and any working on sundays or on any holidays . , CLERICAL ASSISTANCE - Providing manpower assistance under Semi-killed category for Officeclerical assistance on preparing BTS/PCB Payment/Port payment/Assistance on purchase activities/MRR/Paymentto Govt agys/receipt and dispatch function /Preparation gate passes/Assistance for TTplanning /Assistance for M& I offcie and maintennace of all records / liasioning activities and any other official activities as and when advised by M & I Officer.Regular working hours starts from 0830 to 1700 hours with half an hour for lunchand 8 hours working in regular working day is termed as one Man day. , CLERICAL ASSISTANCE- EXTENDED HOUR - Providing manpower assistance under Semi-killed category for Officeclerical assistance on preparing BTS/PCB Payment/Port payment/Assistance on purchase activities/MRR/Paymentto Govt agys/receipt and dispatch function /Preparation gate passes/Assistance for TTplanning /Assistance for M& I offcie and maintennace of all records / liasioning activities and any other official activities as and when advised by M & I Officer. Whenever regular working extended beyond 1700 hours will be treated as extended hour and work in sundays or in any holidays also will be treated as extended hour. Total Quantity : 1
