The DG set shall consist of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standarised by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangement and inlet, outlet return inlet arrangement, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for condition at UP (Capacity of Engine, alternator shall be worked out taking all derating factors into consideration) including PCC foundation all around ease movement and antivibration pads including all the feature comply with latest CPCB guidelines including Acoustic enclosure comprising following specifications :- (A) ENGINE, (B) ALTERNATOR, (C) ACCESSORIES, (D) GENSET CONTROLLER, (E)ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURES, (F)AMF PANEL (G) Base frame made of structural steel as per manufacturer recommend design/specification. (H) Necessary PCC foundation as per manufacturers specification shall be included in item rates. (J) Testing of DG Set. NOTE:- THE DETAILS OF THE DG SET ALONG WITH ITS ACCESORIES ARE GIVEN IN PARA 33 & PARA 34 OF THE ADDITIONAL TERM AND CONDITIONS UPLOADED ALONGWITH THE TENDER, BIDDERS TO BID ACCORDINGLY.
2	XLPE CABLE	Supply and laying with commissioning and testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size size 150 sq mm x 3.5 core laid in trenches, passing through pipes, fixed on walls complete including connecting properly by means of thimbles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
3	CHANGE OVER SWITHCH	Supply and fix ON LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 315 Amps complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
4	EXCAVATION	Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr depth for laying of cables/poles or foundation etc and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
5	RETURNING FILLING	Returning, filling, including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm apart all as specified and directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
6	REMOVAL SOIL	Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr from starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
7	SAND	M&L for sand cushoning with a layer of sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable to trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
8	BRICK	M&L for sub class `B` bricks for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
9	HDPE PIPE	M&L for 150mm High density poly-ethylene pipes (HDPE) PN 10, for road crossing of cable or for cable protection laid in trenches or above ground surface complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
10	EARTHING	M & L for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised Iron Strip of size 32x6mm size, by means of Bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and washer made of GI or Steel Earth connecting with test point, provision of Charcal and salt in alternate layers, watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade MS funnel with jali, PCC M-15 Type B-1 in pit with XPM not elss than 4Kg per Sqm and Earthpit with cover returning, filling, removing excavated material all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I making good excavated surfaces such as hard standing refixing machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks removed during excavation on earthpit to mach existing surfaces after taking out old/unserviceable one complete and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
11	PCC	M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of pole using extra cement for smooth finish including necessary form work reqd incl demolition of existing damagedcoping of PCC complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
12	MILD STEEL	S&F in repair mild steel roof trusses (framed), trrussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framming (Beam, Tee, Angle, Channels or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-Acomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
13	GI SGEET	S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specifiedcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
