    Bids Are invited for Heavy duty rachet jack (15 tons) - Technical Specification(a)Support capacity -20 tons(b)Lifting capacity-15 tons(c)Stroke rg -18 inch(d)Min height -28 inch(e)Max height-46 inch(f)Base length- 11 inch(g) Cap length - 3.5 inch(h) Material – Alloy steel with drop forged (j)Heat – Treated Component(k) Specifications – Rachet type jacking operation, double lever sockets for jacking in close quarters. Multiple tooth pawls for strength & safety. Ductile iron housing for maximum strength. Plated springs resist corrosion. Tooth to tooth distance of 0.5 inches jacking operation height increase/ decrease by 0.5 inches per lever operation.(i) Items should be of best quality and of reputed make.(ii) The sample approval is mandatory before opening the bid.(iii) Bidders have to provide physical sample of all items after opening of technical bids within 48 hours. It is responsibility of the bidder to keep abreast with the bidding process and mails recd in relation to it. The bid will be cancelled if samples are not received with 48 hrs of receiving the intimation. Bidder is also requested to see the correctness of mail id and this office will not be responsible in any way if wrong email id is submitted by the bidder.(iv) Commercial bids of only those bidders will be opened whose samples are approved by the board of officers. (v) Items must be supplied in proper sealed packing. Total Quantity : 1
