Cleaning the existingGranular sub- basesurface with removing the foreign materialsaway from the work site with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and /or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment & alllabours andT & P required for the work etc.complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Primer coat/tack coat using Bituminous emulsion @ 0.60Kg/Sqm. including cost of emulsion and spreading uniformlyon the surfacewith all labour ,T&P, Sundries required for the work etc. complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 25mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course on top of deck slab excluding primer coat with pavinf grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29 prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slop after cleaning the surface including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard broken chipping of 9.5mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005cm per 10sqm andd at an approximate spacing of 10cm centre to centre in both directions pressed in to surface when the temperature of surface not less than 100deg.C.protuding 1mm to 4mm over mastic surface all complete as per clause-515 etc. complete as per engineer-in-charge.
