Car and door finish:Stainless steel with hairline finish Earthing : The metal frame and all metal work of the lift controller shall be earthed with double earth leads taken to the earth base. ARD : Automatic Rescue Device with SMF batteries to operate the ARD atleast 7 times a day. Design fabrication and erection of external shaft with M.S Tubular structure with aluminum composite panels and Civil works like lift well pit, suitable openings to the existing building, including floor landings, reallocation of internal walls wherever necessary as per site conidtions.(Design to be approved by the Department) ESSENTIAL FEATURES: *Hall and car operating panels with micro stroke/feather touch push buttons. *LED floor position indicator display in the car along with directional indicators at all floors. *Battery operated alarm bell and emergency light *Overload device *Overload warning indicator *Firemans switch at main lobby * Intercom between lift car and lobby *Emergency fireman service *Emergency light *Emergency bell *Voice synthesizer *LED fixtures and axial fan for car *All requirements(lke railing,supporting handle,braille markings etc) *Manual rescue operation *Auto fan cut off Installation:The lift installation shall be carried out in conformity with statutory Acts,Rules and regulations,standards(IS 14665) and safety codes ammended upto date Sanctions: All the requisite sanctions required from the concerned authorities for the operation of the lift shall form the part of the work, The agency shall carry out saffolding in the shaft and civil works, foundation for machineries,buffer spring,grouting of landing push button boxes, indicator hole cutting,grouting of car and brackets in the elevator shaft, grouting of control board,speed governors etc and making good the damages. |
