4	Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris within 50m lead. etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
5	Dismantling & Removing old 2.5 cm A.S flooring including removing the debris within 50m lead. etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
6	Dismantling & Removing Brick or stone masonry including removing the debris within 50m lead. etc. complete as per the direction of the E.I.C.
7	Dismantling & Removing RCC Column , Beam , Slab etc.including removing the debris within 50m lead. etc. complete as per the direction of the E.I.C .
8	Providing, boring, installing cast in-situ Pile 30cm dia with double under-reamed and length 6 metre measured from bottom of pile cap to the tip of the pile using concrete mix M20grade with required plastisizerincluding boring, under-reaming under water using drilling mud & concreting by termic disposal of slush as directed by Engineer-in-charge and driving of welded reinforcement cages through freshly laid concrete. 13	Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth, ditches with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm. 293	Supply of raising lowering system comprising double drum winch, 5mm dia meter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector,integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial. (Wiring material from junction box to individual luminaire & MCB in base compartment are not included and are a part of installation).of approved make complete with all materials & labour as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
294	Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template etc. as required. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
295	Construction of suitable shallow foundation M24 x750 (6 Nos.)with 1:2:4 or M20 grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capasity at site as 10T/sqm. At 2X2 mit. Depth with all materials and labour charges (as per drawing) of approved make complete with all materials & labour as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
296	Erection of 12.5 m high mast with all acc with the help of suitable equipments or with the help of modern engineering practices of approved make complete with all materials & labour as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
297	Supplying and erection of LED avition obstruction light Lumainair ( Bajaj 110731) of approved make complete with all materials & labour as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
298	Supplying and fixing double door MS feeder piller box with near the high mast towerProviding the following component ( switching acc.) inside the fidder piller including internal wiring all. Complete for autometic , timely OFF/ON for operating of (6 to 8 nos) 200 LED lighgting fitting. i)63 A 4 pole MCB isolater 1 no. ii)240 V contractor- 1 no. iii) Day dial timer (GIC)- 1 no iv) By pass switch- 1 no v) outlet Terminal - 2 nos. vi) Starter for moter operation (Forward and Revers direction )- 1no,VIII) 6 AMP SP MCB 6 NOS of approved make complete with all materials & labour as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
299	Supply, Installation,Testing & commissioning of of Energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die-cast aluminium non integral IP66 200 watt flood light, suitable for high mast application, highlighting architectural facade and general purpose lighting of approved make complete with all materials & labour as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Make : Havells / Bajaj /Phillips/Wiproor Equivalent)
300	Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600mm x 3.15 mm thick ISI marked including accessories and providing masonary with cover plate having loccking arrangement and watering pipe with charcole / coke and salt etc. as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
301	Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm GI earth strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipesurface or in recess as strip electrodefor connections etc. as required.and making good the damages caused complete as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
302	Supplying, storing, laying, testing and commissioning of 4c x 10 Sq. mm A2XFY Al armoured Cable1100 Voltsincluding excavation, sand cushing, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
