PCR Microplate gene array wound healing - ? The arrays must support 20 µ1 reactions for each 96 specific genes including house – keeping genes immobilized on the PCR plate for interpretation.? The arrays must be compatible for evaluation of the data with Quant studio 5/Biorad TR-PCR system.? Necessary consumables including cDNA synthesis kit and SYBR green master mix for RT-PCR should be provided.? The detection of gene expression could be by either TaqMan probe or SYBR Green.? Both online and offline analysis of the gene array must be possible.
