1	Electrical Equipments & Lighting in Plant Area:
2	Operation & Maintenance of entire electrical system at IOCL Khapri Depotround the clock (viz. motors, transformer, CB, HT/LTsub station, PMCC , EPMCC, , Control Panels,Lighting Panels, Automationpanelsincluding all Main and distribution panels, capacitor banks, high mast towers, lights of TLF and TWD siding, lighting poles, internal electrical system, lighting system of buildings, deep tube wells, fans, electrical gadgets,maintaining Power supply to AC\"s , maintaining power supply to all water coolers & RO system for drinking water,maintaining Power supply to Weigh Bridges, maintaining Power supply to UPS, maintaining Power supply to HVLRs, etc.at various locations in the Plant Area including but not limited to Sub Station, PMCC/EPMCC room, TLF gantry,pump houses,Tank farm area,Rly.siding ,approach roads, store, sample room,fire engine room,etc as per scope of work.Testing with record of lux level at different zones of the Depot as & when asked.
3	Operation & Maintenance of 1 x 250 KVAand 1 x 500 KVA DG setsand allied facilitieson daily basis as per schedule, including preparing of recordsas per standard IOCL formats as per scope of work..
4	Operation & Maintenance of 5 nos. fire hydrant pumps and engines alongwith recirculation of water in the entire fire hydant line and topping up of 2 nos. fire water tanks and 1 nos of U/G Calibration Water Tank complete on daily basis including preparing of recordsas per standard IOCL formats as per scope of work.
5	Operation & Maintenance of 2 nos. jockey pumps on daily basis complete as per scope of work.
6	Operation and Maintenance of all FLP fittings baywise at top and bottom of TLF gantryon daily basis complete as per scope of work.
7	Operation and Maintenance of all FLP fittings pointwise in TWD siding areaon daily basis complete as per scope of work.
8	Operation and Maintenance of all FLP fittings pumpwise in product pump houseson daily basis complete as per scope of work.
9	Operation and Maintenance of all FLP fittings tankwise in tank farm area including those of DBBVs & ROSOVson daily basis &maintainance assistance as & when required for automation & electrical related facilities i.e. UPS, DBBVs,ROSOVs, DYKE VALVE INDICATOR etc. as per scope of work.
10	Operation and Maintenance of all High Mastfittingsin Plant area including respective Panels etcon daily basis complete as per scope of work.
11	Operation and Maintenance of all Yard Lightfittingsin Plant area including respective Panels etcon daily basis complete as per scope of work.
12	Operation and Maintenance of earthing and bonding system pointwise at TWD Sidingon daily basis complete as per scope of work.
13	Operation and Maintenance of earthing and bonding system baywise at TLF Gantryon daily basis complete as per scope of work.
14	Operation and Maintenance of earthing and bonding system tankwise in tank farm areaon daily basis complete as per scope of work.
15	Coordination/Liasoning with Electrical inspector, MSEB and other government authorities related to electrical.
16	Electrical Equipments& Lighting in the Non Plant Area :
17	Maintenance, Checking , Repairing and replacement of defective items wherever applicable, for all lights ,fans, fittings,lighting poles, internal electrical system, lighting system of buildings, deep tube wells, fans, electrical gadgets, power supply to ACs, power supply to water purifier, power supply to UPS, etc as per scope of work on daily basis at various facilities in the Non Plant Area including but not limited toAdmin office,Workers Amenity Block, approach roads, Store,Security room, Sample room, TT parking, etc.
18	Mechanical Maintenance of Equipments:
19	Periodic Maintenance of allvalves at Pump House, Storage tanks, TLF, T/W siding,OWS, etc to avoid any leakages from gland. Periodic cleaning of all pump house strainers, Minor Repairs of pumps & pipelines atlicence area & other area of locationin case of break down leakage etc and maintainance of related records thereof complete as per scope of work.
20	Periodic Maintenance of Roof of all FR tanks such as checking of pontoons from inside and outside, Foam Seal,Water and including replenishment of water periodically, greasing of ladder, Cleaning of roof etc., and maintenance of related records thereof complete as per scope of works.
21	Periodic cleaning and maintenance of all PV valve, Air vents, strainers etcwherever provided, for all storage tanks as per the scope of work.
22	Changing of hose pipes at TLF, TT unloading points, Tank Wagons siding, etcalong with checking of its continuity as and when required as per the scope of work.
23	Providing Manpower assistance in T/W siding PH during unloading of Wagons,TT\"s, etc. complete as per scope of work.
24	Mandatory Checks for Electrical System:
25	Carrying out all the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual preventive and predictive maintenance checks on all product pumps & motors, fire hydrant system, fIre pumps & engines, DG sets, transformer, panels, etc and allied electrical facilities; including preparing ofrecordsas per standard IOCL checklist formats.
26	Mandatory Tests Electrical System:
27	Earth resistance test of all earth pits & earthing grid to be conducted once in every six months including continuity test of earthing connections of equipments. Preparation and submission of detailed test report as per standard IOCL format. After checking of earth resistance, same is to be written on individual cover of respctive earth pit alongwith date of testing, etc complete as per scope of work.
28	Annual Insulation Test of all DG sets alternator winding and issuance of necessary test certificate.
29	Annual Insulation Test of all product pump motors and their cables and issuance of necessary test certificate.
30	Annual testing and calibration of relays installed in the PMCC room for earth fault/overload protection and issuance of necessary test certificate.
31	Annual transformer oil filtration and testing as per the relevant IS codes. This includes collection of oil sample, transportation to lab and liasioning with lab for getting it tested alongwith payment of necessary testing charges to the lab for which no extra reimbursement shall be made.
32	Continuity test andhydrotesting of product hoses & Fire hoses of tank trucks, tank wagon siding area, TLF area, OWS area etc. as per the scope of work.
33	Safety Provisions:
34	Uniform & PPE\"s: Provision of uniform,rain coat, gumboot & personal protective equipment like safety shoe, helmet,hand gloves, ear muffs etc. to the workmen engaged under the contract, as per scope of work.
