    1Digital mapping of the location and area of DDA vacant Land by conducting total station survey / DGPS (Providing longitude and latitude at some specific locations) including spot level with respect of GTS bench markat 10 m interval as per site requirement showing all features permanent/Temporary structure such as building, Road, Streets, Electric/ Telephone Poles, H.T. Lines, Sewerage, Water supply, Drainage, Water bodies/Ponds, Trees, Mosque &Temples etc complete, after conducting TSS including preparation of contour plans at 0.5 m vertical interval. The TSS Plans are to show the Dimensions of DDA Land/built up area and other physical features of the land available for development all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, including supply of three soft copies of Auto CAD drawings with all relevant information & calculations of the area of schemes and 10 hard copies of prints on desired scales & sheets. Soft copies of AutoCAD drawings/hard copies are to show the following information clearly. (a) Clear demarcation of DDA Land. (b) Land under Encroachment or built up.
