Providing and fabricating the HYSD(FE415/500) TMT bars and placing in position as dowel bars / tie bars for expansionjoints / longitudinal joints and sides of existing concrete road as per details shown in the drawing and as directed including all handling, cutting, bending, all labour, materials, equipment, tools etc., complete. Note: Necessary payment for drilling and fixing in position of tie bar/ dowel bar with the existing concrete road side portion using anchor resin (HILTI RE 500 or equivalent) will be measured and paid separately) |
| 5 | 5.Fixing of HYSD (FE415/500) TMT bars 12mm dia.Tie bars @ 600mm c/c as shown in the drawings and as directed, including drilling horizontal holes of minimum dia of 16mm and 300mm depth from the side face of the existing cement concrete road using a hand held drilling machine, fixing the tie bars in position in drill holes using high performance anchoring adhesive (HILTI HIT MM of Hilti India Private Ltd or its equivalent) as per manufacturer’s specification and as directed to suitthe site requirement including all materials(except tie bars) labour, tools, equipment, plants, transport , fueletc., complete.Note:12mm dia Tie bars will be measured and paid separately under relevant item |

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of mix 1:1½:3 in volumetric proportions (1 Cement: 1½crushed stone sand: 3 hard granite stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) for road / pavement/ramp portion and wherever necessary including providing necessary holes to drain the water from the roadin panels of 4.5m x 4.5m or any other suitable dimensions as directed as top layer of finished average thicknessof 300mm including providing necessary contraction / expansionjoints as shown in the drawing and laid with proper slope and levels to required finish to match with existing road level and wherever requiredincluding dewatering if necessary, shuttering, strutting, mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, curing etc.,all as perrelevant specifications, drawings and as directedincludingall labour, material, equipments, tools, plants, fuel, etc., complete.Note:Payment will be made based on levels |

Supplying and laying bitumen sealing compound of grade \"A\" conforming to IS 1834 – 1984 (or its latest edition) for longitudinal joints, contraction jointsas per details shown in the drawing, including painting the edges of the joint with an approved primer all as specified and as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, fuel, etc., complete. |
| 8 | 8.Loading, transporting the Debris, dumping and leveling in the low lying area within a lead of 1Km inside Port premises andas directed, including all labour, transport, tools, equipments, fuel, etc, complete. Note: 1. Tenderer shall maintain trip sheets in triplicate in Trust’s approved format at his own cost for the quantity of debris transported. 2. No deduction of voids for debris will be made.3.The Final quantity will be restricted to actual quantities of dismantling. |
