(a)Two-Tier sleeping Bunks : MS pipe Two tier sleeping bunks are to be provided as per CE 15 Corps drg No 3534/OW/15 Corps/Two Tier sleeping bunk/sheet 1/1 dated 10 Apr 2018 attached with this quotaion.A detachable ladder made up with 20mm MS pipe with four steps to be provided in each bunk. Male/ Female MS rectangular box of size 50mmx25mmx75mm long to be welded, two side protector bars of 15mm dia MS pipe on top bunk to be welded as per details shown in drg. The outer size of the bunk will be 1970mm x 950mm horizontally and 1775mm x 950mm vertically. Two Nos single piece cushion made of 100mm thick \"PUFF\" foam of density 40Kg/cum as applicable for sleeping cushion of standard make eg Sleepwell /Kurl-on or equivalent of size 1830mm x 910mm to be provided with each bunk (Removable type). The \"PUF\" foam is to be provided with standard quality rexene cover of olive green colour. Two Nos 12mm thick plywood of made Kitply/National/Greenply of size 1830mm x 910mm to be fixed to angle iron frame with adequate screws and nuts bolts.MS pipes and all steel members will be of standard make.All steel members will be painted with two coat of standerd make/ superior quality black spray paint over acoat of red oxide primer.

(b)Two Nos single piece cushion made of 100 mm thick “PUF” foam of density 40 Kg/cumas applicable for sleeping cushions of standard make : Sleepwell/Kurlon of size 1830 mm x 910 mm. The Puf Foam pasted on the ply - wood shall be enclosed vinyl coated laminated upholtery cloth (Rexene) of specification as mentioned at Annx I of Appx F.

Steel door of size 1.8M x 1.85 M confirming to IS 1038 1983 shall be provided for entrance as per drg sheet No 6/8.The main frame shall be of angle iron 50 x50x6mm and shutters frame work shall be of MS angle 40 x40x6mm.MS sheet 2mm shall be provided as cladding of shutters.Door shutters shall be tied with pintel hinges in such a way so that it can open on both sides and fixed on either side of entrance.Diagonal bracing of MS flat iron 30 x 5mm and intermediate support of MS tee 40 x40 x6mmas shown in drg sheet No 6/8 shall be provided to shutter.Door shall be provided with iron mongories as shown on drg and shall be painted with twocoats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Loop holes will be of size 2.00m x 0.90 m as shown in the drg.Loop holes will be made of angle iron frame of size 50 x 50 x6mm shall be used for mainframe.MS sheet 6mm thick shall be used as bottom hung shutters. 3 shutters of size 0.66 x 0.90 mtr shall be used with 2 Nos MS pintel hinges.Loop holes will be provided with two hold fasts on each side and four holdfasts on bottom.Five bolts shall be welded at top of loophole to fix window in lintel band.Each shuttershall be provided with two Nos fabricated tower bolts and two MS handle of 100mm made out of flat iron 25 x 4mm. 02 Nos of flat iron 40 x5mm shall be welded to one shutter in each loop hole to close gap between shutters.Five Nos MS flat iron 50 x6mm with predrilled holes at free end of 45cm length shall be welded on top.Loop hole shall be painted with twio coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Anti Missile screen :-Anti missile screen of size 2.00 x 0.90m made of frame of MS angle iron 50 x50x 6mm.Frame to be provided with two hold fasts on each side and four hold fasts on bottom of 300mm length MS flat iron 40 x6mm.Five bolts shall be welded at top of frame to fix windows in lintel band.Each nut to be welded with 2 Nos 75mm long 12mm dia round bars made to shape as shown in drawing.Shuters frame of 1.98 x 0.88 mtr with ISA 40 x40x 6mm used as bottom hung shutters with 03 x MS pintel hinges.Each shutters shall be provided with two Nos fabricated tower bolts.Wire fabric of 3.50 mm dia wire with 50 x50mm mesh size shall be fitted to angle iron shutter with help of MS flat iron 40 x5mm and nut & bolts of size 12mm dia x 40mm long at C/C distance not more than 30cm.Each shutters shall be provided with 02 x 12mm dia PP nylon rope of 3 mtr length for operation of shutters.Each shutter shall be provided with02 x MS stands provided at top of shutter so that shutters can rest on wall having 45° angle with ground.Anti missile screen shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.
