6Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast cement concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, with peak, size 300mm x 180 mm x 40 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.
7Supply and laying sub class "B" bricks old sizes over the HT/LT cable laid flat with width equal to length of brick, laidperpendicular to the cable for protection complete all as specified and as directed.
8Supply and errecting steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) conforming to IS-1678 and including marking alternate 05 Nos white and black strip 30cm height with two coats ofsynthetic enamel paint includingpreparation of surfaces, upto 1.5 metre above the coping of pole, starting with black strip, including dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable steel tubular HT pole complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth wok and PCC for foundation, channel, clamps nuts, bolts to be measured and paid separately.
9Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), for mass filling inpole pit and foundation complete, all as specified and as directed.
10Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates)for mass filling in stay pits and pole foundation, complete all as specified and as directed.
11Material and labour brickwork, with subclass "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
12Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregates, as in floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
13Supply and fixing in replacement of GI tubing, 80mm bore, light grade, for cable protection along/on poles/culvert/drainage or under road crossing, complete, all as specified and as directed.
14Material and labour in replacement of danger notice plate 1.60 mm thick of size 25x20 cm, mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, complete all as specified and as directed.
15Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of air break gang operated triple switch (GODO) outdoor type, vertical mounting type of capacity 200 Amp with drop out fuse consisting 12 insulators, ISI marked mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and frame work with operating GI rods and mechanical work from ground level with locking arrangement including Godrej pad lock with two keys complete with fuse carrier and HT fuse element having upto 200 Amp rating suitable for HT 11 KV 50 HZ AC supply including necessary electric connection and dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable GOD complete all as specified and directed.
16Material and labour in replacement of lightning arrester expulsion type, suitable for 11000 Volt, with allfittings, trasmission class,discharge capacity 65 KA including connecting with HT line and dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable lightning arrester complete all as specified and as directed.
17Material and labour aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR)weasel/squirrel conductor from 66 KV sub station and other areas, including fixing, stretching on poles and proper noseling with binding wire to insulator of any size on 11 KV OH line as required at site and dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable ACSR conductor complete all as specified directed.
