Charges towards repair, rectification & complete overhauling of 1X100TR Bottle type cooling tower involving of the following works.A) Servicing, repairing & rectification of 6” butterfly valve.B) Cleaning of pot strainer with replacing of pot strainer net.C) Drain & overflow line including supply of ancillary material like 40mm PVC pipe, shut up valve with fittings.D) Make up line including supply of ancillary material like 20mm PVC pipe, ball valve & shut up valve with fittings.E) Ladder for motor accessing of cooling tower.F) Providing leg support pipe.G) PVC Honey comb fills (2” X 6”).H) 8mm Tie rod(44”)I) 3” pipe clamp.J) 3/8” Tum buckle.K) Overhauling of sprinkler including bearing.L) Motor cover guard.M) Lifting, shifting, transportation, rewinding & complete overhauling of cooling tower motor.N) Painting of CT body.(Ref: Market rate) (Rate should be included GST and LWC as applicable)

Repairing & replacement of AHU tray including the coil section filter section & complete refurbishing ofthe air handling unit involving the following works.Pump down the systems. Disconnecting the refrigerant pipe line and drain line. Isolating necessary electrical connections. Removing the defective bottom trays by gas welding. Removing the cooling coil from its existing position. Supply and fixing new CRCA tray as per the specification. Supply and fixing angle and channel of required quantity to strengthen the AHU. Jointing the refrigerant pipe line by brazing. Reconnecting the drain line. Making electrical connections. Pressure testing, vacuuming and commissioning the system with replenishing the refrigerant.(Ref: Market rate) (Rate should be included GST and LWC as applicable)
