| 1 | 1 Providing services for operation of the AV systems, CCTV in 11 lecture halls in Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Lecture complex at NSUT Dwarka with 1 operator (technical) & 1 helper (non-technical) from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, six days a week. Job is not limited to operation of AV only, it also include the following work: 1. Operator will unlock the rooms daily at 9:30 AM & lock the room at 6:00 PM daily. 2. Operator will prepare the class/ lecture hall ready by putting the system on & ready for use by theteachers, students etc. 3. Operator will also monitor the CCTV during this duration in the control room. 4. Job also include, taking up any issues/query of installed IT related query for LAN switch, Wi-Fi, internet etc. 5. Job also includes the cleaning of surface of display & Wacom touch monitor. 6. Job also includes the monitoring of class activity by CCTV & checking the classes (after classes are over). If there is any damage to furniture or any other items installed in room/lecture complex same shall be reported to the Engineer-in-Charge. 7. Job also includes to interchange any faulty AV unit with the stand by units provided by NSUT 8. Job also includes to keep all AV equipments up & running, regular maintenance, software/firmware upgrade etc.(The Scope of work shall be as per T & C no.11) |

Operators will also monitor the CCTV during this duration in the control room. 4. Job also includes taking up any issues/query of installed IT related query for LAN switch, Wi-Fi, internet etc. 5. Job also includes the cleaning the surface of display & Wacom touch monitor. 6.
