| 1 | Providing services of open body maintenance van/ mini truck of capacity 3 tonne such as Tata SFC 407/ Force TD 2650/ Eicher Pro 1049 / ISUZU Sartaj Truck or equivalent with GPS enabled for PWD Hort. Roads and Buildings. The maintenance van/ mini truck will be provided for 8 hours duty with four nos. labour including operating staff as well as with required power operated T&P (Chain Saw, Pole Saw, Axe, Bill Hook, Rope, Fuel for chain saw and pole saw, Ladder double stand up to 15’ height, Hessian Cloth, Tasla, Plastic safety cone with rope attachment system, Helmets, Traffic , Jacket (with reflective PWD logo for all worker & Driver)regulation torch, Work in progress boards of size 2.5" x 4" with reflective tape, fuel) as and when required in day and night. The Driver should be equipped with smart mobile phone with internet & data transfer mobile phone facility all are inclusive in per day rate. All person on duty shall wear uniform with PWD logo and will follow all safety norms of transport/ traffic to attend urgent roads and buildings related complaints as and when required, as per direction of Officer-in-Charge The Service of Maintenance van to attending the day to day complaints related PGMS, LG Listening, WIMS, etc. including removal of garden garbage and prunning of Trees as per requirnment including loading, unloading dumping garden garbage with all leads and lifts all complete under Hort. Sub Division West and as per direction of Officer-in-Charge (03 No. Maintenance van x 900 Days X 3 = 900 Days) (Note:- The copy of driving license, registration, pollution certificate, fitness certificate and insurance of vehicle will be deposited in division office. The provision of covered the maintenance van/ mini truck top by Tripal as & when required, For this nothing will be paid extra. |
