2	Design and fabrication of DG set shed of size 40x30 and shall be fabricated by using structural steel of various sizes and sorts. The structure shall withstand the snow load of 50kgs/ft2 and wind speed of 100km/hr. All structure is to be painted with 2 coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat.
3	Providing and fitting of structural steel of various sizes and sorts for fabrication of frames of oxygen manifold store/pump room/buffer tank/softener plant etc as per site requirement. All structure is to be painted with 2 coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat.
4	Providing & Fitting of rigid PUF, CFC free conforming to IS-12436-88 with subsequent amendments having density of 40kg/m3 sandwiched between 0.5mm thick pre painted galvanized steel sheet as per IS-14246-95 with subsequent amendments with 18-20 microns of exterior polyester coating of white colour on epoxy primer on both sides. The basic substrate shall be Gr-120 hot dip Galvanised steel. The panels shall be made by continuous line and shall be joined together by means of tongue and groove joint system. The joints shall be made totally air tight by using proper sealant. 15	Earth Excavation in soft hard soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including all lifts and leads as per directions of site incharge including dressing of the excaveted material at the dumping site complete.
16	Providing and laying of Stone Soling tightly hand packed under foundations, footing etc, including ramming and dressing and carriages of material from source to site of work complete in all respects.
17	Cast in situ of concrete work M25 (1:4:8) nominal maximum size of the stone aggregate 40mm volumetric batching up to the plinth level including curing but excluding form work costs.
18	Reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) for foundation blocks.

The vertical menbers shall further be supported on aluminium section by way of fixing 6 inch MS strips of required number so that the structure could withstand the load of tripple panel radiator. Proper fixing arrangement shall be made for hanging of radiators. The whole structure shall be painted (02 coats) with the matching shade of aluminium section
24	Providing and fabrication of support structure for single panel radiators to be installed on Aluminium partition. The job includes vertical fxing of 50x50x5mm hollow square section (02 No"s of 01 meter length each) by way of grouting on floor. The vertical menbers shall further be supported on aluminium section by way of fixing 6 inch MS strips of required number so that the structure could withstand the load of single panel radiator. Proper fixing arrangement shall be made for hanging of radiators. The whole structure shall be painted (02 coats) with the matching shade of aluminium section.
25	Providing and fabrication of support structure for Air washer by way of verical fixing of 100mm MS "C" class pipe (03 No"s of 02 meter length each) by way of grouting on floor. One side of the structure is to be supported on the already existing steel structure. The job further includes laying of cement concrete foundation blocks in 1:2:4 mix of size 1"x1x1". Necessary excavation/soling etc needed for these blocks is included in the cost. 10mm plate of size 1"xl" is to be welded at the bottom for grouting on the foundation block. The platform at the top of size 6.5" x 7" is to be made from ISMC 100 & ISMC 75 as per directions of site incharge. Inspection platform of size 1"6"x7" is to be made for carrying out routine maintenance.
26	Providing of support structure for 2500 CFM AHU by way of verical fixing of 100mm MS "C" class pipe (04 No"s of 02 meter length each) by way of grouting on floor. The job further includes laying of cement concrete foundation blocks in 1:2:4 mix of size I"xl"xi". Necessary excavation/soling eto needed for these blocks is included in the cost. 10mm plate of size 1"xl" is to be welded at the bottom for grouting on the foundation block. The platform at the top of size 4"x8" is to be made from ISMC100 & ISMC 75 as per directions of site incharge. Inspection platform of size 1"6"x7" is to be made for carrying out routine maintenance.
27	Making cutouts of size 1"xl" in the bathroom walls (9" thick) by mechanical means for exhaust fans. GI duct frame of same size is to be inserted inside the cut-out.The job includes plastering of the cutout (inside & outside) in order to make the walls good.
