17.31.2Bituminous Concrete with batch type HMPBituminous Concrete 30mm to 45mm thickness (grading II) with 100-120 TPH batch type HMPProviding and laying 30mm -45mm bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30@ 5.4% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 507 of MORTH specifications. 34.26Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick includingReflectorising glass beads @250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level , uniform and free from streaks and holes. Note:- A Sealing primer may be applied in advance on cement concrete pavement to ensure proper bonding, Any laitance and/or curing compound to be removed where paint is required to be applied on concrete surface.
