| 1 | Job charges on account of DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF SNOWPLOUGH ATTACHMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF SNOW PLOUGH OUT OF A TRACTOR TO BE USED AS A SNOW CLEARING MACHINE. The shape, size/dimensions, profile shall be as per suggestive requirements of said attachment. The job shall involve fabrication of MS Channel Frame (chasis) for the V-Shaped blade using MS channels ISMC 150, ISMC 100, and shall include design and fabrication of Snow Plough Blade, Base Plate/cutting edge, Blade ends, Armed framed structure fabricated out of MS plates for up down movement of the blade as well as a suitably designed steel structure frame for mounting the arrangement on the tractor. The attachment shall have a provision of up and down movement for which a Hydraulic Jack assembly of designed capacity as per requirement of the system so as to enable up down movement of blade under load as well as under no load conditions, shall have to be provided/fixed as per design. The acceptable makes for the hydraulic Jack shall be WIPRO, USHA or equivalent and the mechanism shall also involve providing and fixing of Hydraulic pipe Lines, Hydraulic Control valves, essential fittings/allied works for flawless operation of the hydraulic system as well as providing of required quantity of Hydraulic Oil (App. 20Ltrs.) The hydraulic system of the V-Shaped Snow plough blade shall be connected to the existing hydraulic pump of the tractor. The job shall also include designing, providing and fixing of Adjustment rods for hydraulic jack and connector pipes, Lower Links, Adjustment Arms, adjustment arm sleeves, Pivots/pins and allied jobs etc. involving use of MS flats, MS Square and MS Rounds as per requirement and specification as per design. All hinges, pivots to be designed with suitable bushings/sleeves with provision for oiling/greasing. Grease nipples to be provided as per requirement. The snow Plough implement is a curved V-shaped framed type Blade made out of 4-5 MM thick MS plate and adequately reinforced to with stand snow pulling load/ pressure from all sides by providing reinforcement of MS channel ISMC 75, MS angles 75X75X6MM, and 40X40X6MM as per requirement by way of Arc welding/gas welding etc. The complete structure of the V-Blade has to be shaped and formed as per sketch and its brackets/arm are to be designed and fixed by providing a box type arrangement firmly welded to with stand the load of the blade during up down as well as push-pull load operations, without any rupture of the structure, welded joints as well as of load bearing components.The V-shaped Plough is to be provided with replaceable Cutting Blades of Steel of grade EN-8 or equivalent, fixed with Nuts, bolts and washers, on the bottom edges of the V-Blade, of the thickness (8 MM) ,size, and shape as per the design. For balancing of the snow plough under varied load conditions during operation, Counter weight as per requirement/design (appx.300Kgs.) fabricated by way of fixing/fitting a box type structure on rear of the tractor before fabrication of the cabin of the structure shall have to be provided. This box shall be designed and fabricated out of MS sheets of suitable size and thickness shall be filled with hard gravel to add weight. The Job included applying of metal primer coats and painting of structure using superior quality paint of approved colour/shade and greasing/oiling of moving parts, mounting of implement with the tractor and testing of the system. The job includes P/f of all materials to be used during fabrication/fitment of cabin as mentioned above including welding electrodes, oxy-acetylene gas as required, drill bits, grinding wheels, chisels etc. all labour cost for cutting, bending, welding, handling and allied works, deployment of any type of tools & tackles during execution of job and HSD required for testing on load after completion of work. Tentative Design Parameters: The spread of the blade shall be –8.0’,The Height of blade on frontal edge of V – 2.75’,The Height of the blade on right and left edges- 3.5’,Length of Right side of V- 6.5’,Length of left side of V- 6.5’,Angle of V- 72-80 degrees,Width of cutting edge throughout the length of right as well leftV - 4’’ minimum,The design shape of blade shall be as per sketch attached,Final design shall be prepared by the successful bidder after inspecting the tractors and the works shall be accomplished after approval of the final design. |
| 2 | Fabrication of specially designed tractor cabinto be fabricated for snow plough machinemade out of M.S Angles/pipes 40x40x3mm, 25x25x3mm, M.S flats 40x3mm, 30x3mm, 25x3mm, M.S pipes 1.5” dia. heavy duty, M.S B.P sheet 10 SWG(3.15mm), M.S G.P sheet 20 SWG, M.S chequered Sheet (3.15mm) etc. with building of steel frame structure, building of doors, fabrication of driver seats, P/f of front wind screen (Superior make), side and rear glasses door glasses with rubber beadings, providing & fitting of side mirrors, door locks, door handles, and allied works by arc / gas welding, P/f of nuts, bolts, washers, rivets, etc. of assorted sizes and complete fitment with the tractor. The job includes providing and fitting of blower assembly inside the cabin and allied wiring and works, providing and fitting of kiran light (1No.), cabin roof light (1 no.), spare halogen/LED light (2 no’s), PVC insulated copper wires 4 sq. mm (20 mtrs), 2.5 sq. mm (50mtrs.), Power Board with 3 pin socket 5A (1 no.), switches 5A (6 no’s), 15A (1 no) along with switch boxes, fuses holders, fittings, etc. The front wind screen is to be provided with Wiper Arrangement comprising wiper motor and blade assembly. The complete cabin is to be given elegant look by providing metal primer coats, metal putty and body solder etc. to give the surface a fine finish and the complete cabin is to be spray painted using enamel paint of approved shade/ colour on inside as well on outer side. Job also involves fabrication of two no. steps for up/down movement of users for easy access. The cabin is to be furnished with interior lining/trims using suitable upholstery, foot mats and celling lights as per requirement.The job includes P/f of all materials to be used during fabrication/fitment of cabin as mentioned above including welding electrodes, oxy-acetylene gas as required, drill bits, grinding wheels, chisels etc. all labour cost for cutting, bending, welding, handling and allied works, deployment of any type of tools & tackles during execution of job and HSD required for testing on load after completion of work. |
